I have initiated the payment from flywire but it got cancelled.. in how many days i can expect the refund

আমার জাপানের একটি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ফুল স্কলারশিপ হয়ে গেছে। আমার শুধুমাত্র এপ্লিকেশন ফি পাঠাতে হবে (২৪,০০০ টাকা) । বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আমাকে Flywire তে পেমেন্ট করতে বলছে। আমি আমার এক ভাইয়ের ভিসা কার্ডের মাধ্যমে এই ফি পাঠাতে চাই, এটা কি সম্ভব? আমার কি স্টুডেন্ট ফাইল খুলতে হবে? স্টুডেন্ট ফাইল খোলা ছাড়া কি Flywire তে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে এপ্লিকেশন ফি পাঠানো যায় না?

I uploaded all asked docs to Flywire in India on 8 Oct 2023 (sunday) & transferred funds into their bank account on Monday. On Tuesday & Wednesday I called their helpline(!) but got no help. Wednesday afternoon they sent me a mail asking for all details AGAIN plus Visa copy. I could send it in the evening only at 18:14. When i contacted, the said to have received the mail but can verify only on Thursday. By now, me & my beneficiary are at the end of our wits. Sure, they can give me the refund, but that'll take - hold your breath - 8 to 10 days! Same country, same currency!!

I am going to pay to a uk uni and I am transferring money from Malaysia bank, may I know the difference between domestic bank transfer in RM and international bank transfer in £?
